Job Description:
- Screen and evaluate children using standardized test, clinical observations and caregiver inquires.
- Establish & implement individualized treatment program including child’s history, strength, weaknesses therapeutic interventions & goals.
- Reassess child’s performance on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment program accordingly.
- Consult and educate caregivers to enhance the implementation of the treatment program.
- Participate as an active member within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly & annual evaluation & discharged summary).
- Participate in on-going continuing education to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Master’s Degree and a Missouri License
