Living History Day

Step into the past at Big Oak Tree State Park for our 2023 spring Living History Day event. Listen to reenactors as they take you back into Missouri's past, and explore demonstrations of historic crafts such as wool spinning, wood working, flint knapping, and more! Listen to old-time bluegrass music with the Whitewater Bluegrass Band, and enjoy food from vendors such as Up in Smoke BBQ. This outdoor event will take place from 10:00 to 3:00 in the day use area and is suitable for all ages.
