Tell us about your company/business. Roughly how many employees? What do you do? Etc. 

We have been family-owned by the Montgomery family, since Joel Montgomery, Sr purchased the bank in 1957.  We strive to foster a personal, community bank approach, while not sacrificing the state-of-the-art services and amenities our customers expect. We have products and services ranging from a child’s first savings account to buying a home, or fulfilling a dream of starting a small business.  Headquartered in Sikeston, Montgomery Bank has twelve branches across Southeast Missouri and St. Louis and we employ over 215 team members.

What is your favorite thing about being a Sikeston Chamber member?

The opportunities that the Sikeston Chamber gives its members are valuable to our community. The Chamber keeps its members connected with events and community needs and provides professional development opportunities.  I am proud to serve as a Chamber Board Member and a graduate of Leadership Sikeston.  I think this program is an important feature for our city as it provides valuable learning opportunities and avenues to become a more involved member of the community, said Amber.
